Company History
Since Print City was established in 1972, it has a history of adapting to client’s needs and being at the forefront of technology. Print City was one of the first adopters of Computer-to-Plate technology, and is equipped with the latest machinery covering high speed digital Color, B&W and Plan Printing. A Heidelberg press completes the equipment, assuring you of a quality product, produced on the right machinery, for the right price.
Our highly experienced team can assist in realising your needs. See below to find out more about our team.
Our People
Mason Thomas
Production Manager
Mason joined the family company in 1996. After a few years in journalism, he became immersed in the printing industry. Adept at client relations, Mason works with the client to give them their options, keeps them informed of progress, and ensures client deadlines are always met, if not surpassed!
With over 20 years experience, Mason has overseen the transition of Print City from specialist Offset print company, to a business more focused on client’s need, covering both Offset and a range of Digital Options. From quote inception to final delivery, Mason follows the job through to ensure the client can display their printed product with pride.
Grant McDonald
Graphics Manager
After working for a few smaller print related companies, Grant joined the Print City staff in 2001. He is the expert file fixer – from a problematic Powerpoint file, to issues with Illustrator transparencies, Grant takes great delight in finding the problem, fixing the issue and preparing the file for print.
Whether you need a design created from scratch, or just want your existing file to be given some punch, Grant knows what is possible and has plenty of ideas to give your printing more impact. The end product is only as good as the artwork, and Grant ensures we can produce quality prints.
